Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Public Relations/Marketing Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

The Public Relations/Marketing Coordinator works with the Public Relations and Marketing (PRM) Department in support of Post-Acute Care (PAC) Services and entities.

The Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator will:
• Work to support inpatient/outpatient Rehabilitation, Home Care Services (Home Health and Home Assistance) and Care Navigation.
• Work in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with clinical and other cross- functional teams, including other PRM staff, on projects including writing/updating messaging for the website, advertising, printed materials, emails, blog, social media, PR materials and media pitches.
•Responsibilities also include coordinating photo, and video shoots, assisting with community events, coordinating content calendars, working with vendors, and supporting the overall marketing and communications for other projects as needed.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of related experience in similar role can be substituted for degree
• Strong writing and editing skills required.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, MS Teams or other online conferencing/chat applications preferred
• Experience with email programs, segment/list building, CMS system preferred
• Customer service competency
• Detail Oriented
• Candidates should have a strong ability to manage multiple projects, switch between activities and work in a fast-paced environment
