Senior Account Manager
- Maintaining the department's internal tracking charts, databases, and filing systems.
- Providing logistical support for marketing seminars and other firm events.
- Monitoring docket filings and alerts for potential targets and coordinating with attorneys to draft pitch letters.
- Assisting attorneys with client pitch preparations and RFP responses, including editing, formatting, and proofreading.
- Assisting with website maintenance, including updating attorney biographies, practice area descriptions, and news items.
- Assisting with drafting and preparing submissions to legal ranking publications.
- Conducting research to support business development efforts and initiatives.
- Executing administrative requests or other projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- Qualified candidates must possess a four-year undergraduate degree.
- Candidates must be self-motivated, have a demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, efficiently manage tasks, and produce a high-end work product in a fast-paced environment as well as work well with a team across offices.
- Outstanding organizational, administrative, and communication (oral and written) skills are required.
- Candidates must have a very strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite is necessary.
- Previous law firm experience is a plus.
