Director, Process Management

We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, process-oriented professional who excels in a team environment and is an expert in driving Strategic change. This individual will have demonstrated that they have led organization-wide changes in the past, leading transformational change. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization and beyond. Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate a team in delivering flawlessly on strategic efforts.

General Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership for the Card Bank Servicing integration & Future of Work Strategic Initiatives
  • Build partnerships with the Product, Tech and Operations Teams to enable synergistic goals across Bank and Card Servicing teams
  • Build, manage and lead a high performing cross functional team of associates who are focused on developing the vision, Influencing, strategic delivery & change management of the strategy

  • Has the management and communication skills needed to mobilize cross-functional teams and rapidly drive results
  • Is able to influence, challenge and enable associates and leaders to solve complex problems, determine solutions, and lead through changes
  • Brings strong customer back thinking, technical aptitude and process management skills to bring to life the vision for customer/associate service
  • Is focused on the external market trends, competitive intelligence to keep pace with the innovation and expectations of worker

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 5 years of People Management experience
  • At least 5 years of Process Management experience OR at least 5 years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Process Engineering, Process Management, Management, Business or Business Administration (MBA)
  • Process or Project Management certification (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, PMP), Business Management certification
  • 10+ years of Process Management experience
  • 10+ years of People Management experience
