Position Description

The Institute seeks a creative and exceptionally motivated Digital Production and Graphics Associate to support IIF’s Corporate Communications Department. They will be responsible for a variety of activities related to the communications function including but are not limited to the following: 

Digital Design

  • Concepting and designing digital assets to achieve IIF’s communications and marketing goals. 
  • Creating engaging social media graphics and charts 
  • Provide creative perspective and recommendations to marketing materials, and generally act as a sounding board for design best practices. 
  • Ability to work efficiently across mediums, including video, audio and graphic.  For example, concept and record social-friendly videos and edit podcasts.
  • As needed, support the creation of media materials, including press releases, blog posts, and other content 

Digital Content Support

  • Ability to support the team by posting content on the website and designing mass emails for members as needed.
  • Provide analytics on multimedia performance, particularly podcasts

Multimedia Production

  • Play a key role in producing IIF’s podcasts: Current Account, All About the Green, Financial Regulation Technology, Global Regulatory Update
  • Manage hosts and guests during recording sessions (familiarity with Squadcast preferred but not required)
  • Edit and publish podcast episodes on a regular basis. Familiarity with audio editing software (preferably Adobe Audition) required
  • Help concept, record and edit engaging video content for IIF on a regular basis, including at key events around the world

Requirements

Applicants should have a college degree in communications, journalism, marketing, economics, public policy, or a related field and at least two years of related work experience. Previous experience at an agency, news organization, Hill or executive office, or trade association is preferred. Candidates must exhibit strong command of the English language in both written and oral communications. Personal attributes such as a high degree of professionalism, strong organizational skills, cultural sensitivity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to exercise good judgement are essential. Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Audition, Premiere, Illustrator, and InDesign as well as a strong command of Microsoft Office suite, including Office 365, is required.
