Summary

The Print Client Associate will manage a fleet of print devices by performing basic device cleaning and replacement of operator-accessible parts and consumables per equipment specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Manage consumables and supplies using the DOS calculator.
  • Open software applications.
  • Create and find file folders.
  • Find, open, and rename files using Windows Explorer or equivalent.
  • Delete and recover files.
  • Open and send e-mails, including creating mail and adding and saving attachments.
  • Manage email, including creating folders and changing user options.
  • Perform basic device cleaning and replacement of operator accessible parts and consumables per equipment specifications.
  • Proactively manage consumables and supplies using the DOS calculator.
  • Maintain the on-site operator's replaceable parts inventory.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting of devices.
  • Complete preventative maintenance on high-frequency service items.
  • Collect equipment meter information and submit it for billing purposes.
  • Perform basic equipment problem diagnoses.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for equipment support and service.
  • Coordinate, move, add, and change the MAC process.
  • Perform data entry for activity and asset tracking.
  • Provide ongoing end-user training on equipment.
  • Remove hard drives and memory and additional light mechanical work.
  • Be the point of contact for equipment removal and delivery.
  • Contact service as required (ie: Xerox and 3rd party).
  • Utilize Xerox web-based applications as required.
  • Drive for additional duties if required.
  • Maintain on-site operator replaceable parts inventory.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of general experience
  • Secret clearance required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to read, write, and follow basic English instructions
  • Must have customer service and communication skills
  • Have data entry knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
  • Basic internet navigation skills with the ability to search, navigate to websites, and navigate within websites
  • Introductory knowledge of MS Word or equivalent, with the ability to open saved files, create basic text documents, and print and save documents
  • Introductory knowledge of MS Excel or equivalent with the ability to open saved workbooks and data
