Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Behavioral Health Therapist who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As the Behavioral Health Therapist you will:
•Provide clinical services in accordance with IEP requirements, and crisis intervention as needed.
•Collaborate with systems/agencies regarding ongoing treatment and disposition planning. Serves as an active member of the psycho-educational treatment team.
•Demonstrate actions and attitudes that contribute to the critical success factors of the organization (i.e. Best place to work, most extraordinary experience, superior outcomes, financial success for reinvestment, valued as a faith-based organization, and a growing organization vital to the community).
Qualifications include:
•LMSW or an LCPC required
•Masters degree and valid licensure in relevant clinical field required
•One year of experience preferred

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5 a plus 2 weekends per month
•Free clinical supervision for LMSW and LGPC team members (individual and group) who are working toward advanced licensure
•Qualifying non-profit employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program for eligible full-time employees
•10K Sign-on Bonus available!
