Timber Ridge School is a residential treatment facility and fully accredited school located just 15 miles north of Winchester, Va. in the scenic rolling hills of the Shenandoah Valley.  Our awesome employees transform the lives of emotionally and behaviorally challenged adolescent boys between the ages of 10-21, with a goal of reuniting them successfully with their families and community.

Responsibilities include providing testing and assessment services to students, individual/group counseling; developing the individualized service plan, quarterly evaluation, discharge plans and consultation with residential team. The clinical counselor provides guidance to the assigned team regarding appropriate intervention techniques and management plans.

Minimum qualifications: The preferred candidates will have Master’s degree in counseling or related field. Must have or be eligible for one of the following Virginia professional licenses: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCP. Experience working with students and families in a counseling setting required. One position requires Bi-lingual English/Spanish abilities.
