Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Structural Heart Coordinator Nurse Practitioner to work in the Cardiac Cath Lab who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Structural Heart Coordinator the duties would include:

•Responsible for providing care to patients with valvular heart disease
including TAVR and TMVR patients.
•Coordinating the required pre-and post-procedure care for TAVR and TMVR
patients
• Building key operational aspects of the program, interfacing with an array of
physicians and other providers and ensuring quality oversight.
• Managing and coordinating clinical care in the structural heart clinic
• Facilitating a team approach and collaborates with the multidisciplinary
structural heart team to establish a plan of care starting from initial
interventional evaluation and following the continuum of care including pre-
procedure, post-procedure and continued follow up post SH implant.
•Coordinates the routine valve conferences

Qualified candidates will possess:

•Graduated from an accredited NP program
•Certified and licensed in MD
•Experience: 3-5 years of clinical experience in cardiology or cardiac surgery
preferred.
•Licensure/Certification: ACLS, BLS, DEA
