Mughal & McRae has been retained by a rapid-growth, e-Commerce startup, who is currently seeking a dynamic Sales Director to oversee its growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for scaling businesses, who is looking for an opportunity to join an early-stage startup with an incredible trajectory and unlimited potential. In return, the company is offering a highly competitive compensation package including a strong base plus commission. The company is also offering full remote flexibility for this role.Responsibilities will include: A' . Full ownership of entire sales cycle from lead generation through customer acquisition/retention.A' . Develop, plan, and execute the overall go-to market strategy for large scale offering.A' . Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies.A' . Proactively develop strong relationships with prospective customers with objective of long-term partnerships with large, retail entities.Requirements:A' . Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven history of success in exceeding sales and business development goalsA' . Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with direct B2B experience selling to large entitiesA' . Experience establishing and executing full sales cycleA' . Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment as an individual contributor
