Job Tag: Posted: May 16,2022 SkyWater Search is partnering with the Vice President of Marketing at an EdTech company to find a Growth Marketing Manager that can work anywhere in the United States and be part of a 25 person (and growing!) marketing team.Our client believes teaching is the most important job in the world. They have a remote-first culture with a diverse team based across the US.We are seeking a strategic, creative and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to be responsible for learning everything about the lifecycle of the teacher's journey with their product. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing content, campaigns, and programs that generate teacher awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention for the US K-12 business.You will work closely with the sales, marketing, customer success, content development, and operations teams to implement marketing strategies and tactics to drive the front end of their B2C2B company growth model, which relies first and foremost on scaling B2C globally and driving active usage across teacher customers.You Background Will Likely IncludeExperience leveraging digital marketing channels and content marketing to drive growth across the customer lifecycle Experience in high-growth, B2C technology companies Have a data-driven approach to measure, optimize and scale all campaigns Have a curiosity for testing new approaches to build awareness and engagement Want to make meaningful contributions to an organization committed to making students' and teachers' lives betterResponsibilitiesDrive the company's freemium model for customer acquisition, B2C revenue and active usage by all teacher users, whether acquired through B2C (teachers) or B2B (schools) Develop, adapt, and execute campaigns that drive action with the teacher audience (freemium, paid, engagement and active usage) Build and manage customer referral and loyalty programs Work closely with the product and digital marketing and product growth teams to increase teacher sales, usage, and renewals Leverage data to identify gaps in our teacher journey for testing and growth opportunities Collaborate with product management on onboarding emails and nurture campaigns that highlight our product lines' most high impact features in driving stickiness and referrals Manage content creation, including blogs, emails, ads, webinars, newsletters, etc. Provide key messaging and campaign follow-ups to sales and customer success teams to support new sales opportunities and renewals Manage calendar, execution, and performance of B2C marketing priorities, campaigns, and programs Coordinate with in-house and agency creative partners to develop content and sales resources Required Skills And ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field Experience with SaaS, education, B2C, freemium models a plus 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing Comprehension of the dynamics of the K-12 space is preferred Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive measurable results Able to manage agency or designers to develop outstanding creative Strong technical skills and working knowledge of necessary systems is preferred: Pardot, Intercom, Mixpanel, Tableau, , Braze, Google Sheets /Excel, Google Slides, Slack
