**Overview:**Aerotek has an immediate opening for a Marketing Specialist (Sales Support) at the corporate office in Hanover, MD.The Marketing Specialist (Sales Support) will be responsible for preparing high-quality, client-focused proposals and presentations in compliance with customer instructions and deadlines, sales strategies and business needs. Additionally, the Marketing Specialist will support the development of customer-facing materials that effectively communicate Aerotek's performance and value within customer portfolios, which may include business reviews, case studies, and other marketing materials.Primary Duties and Responsibilities+ Effectively organize and translate information from multiple sources into clear written content and/or visual aids+ Be able to clearly articulate complex concepts and processes through the written word and/or visuals+ Work closely with business development, delivery, finance, contracts and technical teams to develop response and presentation strategies and execute on all necessary deliverables+ Successfully manage all facets of the proposal process under aggressive deadlines, including response planning, call facilitation, team coordination, writing, interfacing with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), editing/proofing, production and quality control, submitting and storing final products+ Develop customer-specific presentations that help saturate and diversify accounts by leveraging account performance information, market analytics, satisfaction scores and leadership perspectives+ Guide strategy, develop content and design strategic business reviews to be used by leadership to communicate thoughts, ideas, and/or strategies to customers+ Create compelling sales narratives using statistics, reporting and data analytics/visualization+ Document Aerotek's past performance through unique case studies that highlight our value and offerings+ Leverage a strong understanding of customer account statuses, Aerotek's business strategies, and external market trends to provide recommendations that help teams drive business objectives+ Assist in developing new strategic sales products and solutions with internal SMEs as needed+ Support the creation of self-serve tools for business development teams+ Ensure all materials appropriately reflect brand guidelines and value messaging+ Collaborate with teams virtually and comfortably lead multiple stakeholders within a Microsoft Teams or conference call setting+ Work collaboratively across the marketing team and maintain a strong understanding of initiatives that impact the field including (but not limited to): advertising campaigns, industry tradeshows, client appreciation events, sales collateral, website content, etc.Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:+ Excellent writing and editing skills+ Strategic and analytical thinker who can interpret data to tell a story and visualize appropriately to tell a story that influences the customer decision making+ Ability to learn/understand/apply communication tactics and messaging requirements for various audiences+ Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment+ Knowledge of correct grammar, punctuation and spelling+ Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)+ Ability to manage time, multi-task and excel in a deadline-oriented environment+ Must be able to hold teammates accountable to deadlines and responsibilities+ Strong MS Office suite experience, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint+ Strong team player, with ability to work independently as well as in a team settingEducation and Experience:+ Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, English preferred)+ 3+ years business, proposal, marketing, data visualization, and/or technical writing experience preferred**Our people are everything.
