Responsibilities: Peraton is hiring a Program Communications Manager to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Jessup, MD. As a communications manager on our team, you will support one of the largest enterprise-wide Engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year. As a Program Communications Manager on our team you will provide aid the Government Program Managers with monitoring and reporting on the status of multiple on-going projects. The individual will monitor project progress relative to program plans, programmatic, and financial baselines and will be responsible for drafting reports that aid the government in highlighting project status. The ideal candidate is one who has strong written and oral communications skills and with experience effectively communicating program success to leadership and relevant stakeholders. The individual willGather metrics and narrative program project reports from project leaders,Analyze progress of assigned projects against technical, programmatic and financial baselines,Draft written reports highlighting program successes and aid in supporting the overall government customer developed program strategic messaging plan, andAid the government in effectively communicating those successes among the relevant project stakeholders #LI-AH1 Qualifications: Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:Five (5) years' experience in Business Management in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in accounting, program management, information systems, electronic publishing, communications, or related discipline is required.In lieu of a degree, a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level I in Program or Business Management plus an additional three (3) years of directly related experience ( for a total of eight (8) years) will also qualify.Strong written and oral communications skills and who has experience effectively communicating program success to leadership and relevant stakeholders. Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraphIndividual Capabilities/Experience Desired:A basic understanding of SIGINT activities would be useful, but not essential.Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. For Colorado Residents: Colorado Salary Minimum: $76,000 Colorado Salary Maximum: $184,500 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
