The CIB Chief Data Office (CDO) is a business-centric organization whose purpose is to unlock value for our stakeholders through timely delivery of high-quality, compliant data. The CIB CDO oversees the overall strategy and execution of the CIB data agenda. Contributing to the broader CIB CDO agenda, the Reference Data Product (RDP) organization is entrusted to provide a product which supports and enhances the needs of our business consumers. RDP's core functions are Business Relationship Management, Product Solutions, and Portfolio Management. Partnering closely with Technology, this diverse global team is dedicated to quality and the servicing of client and customer needs. Above all, we value our data and each other. The Project Manager would support Reference Data Product in driving delivery of reference data solutions that enable business priorities and strategy. The Project Management function is responsible for the coordination and/or delivery of all projects and business support required, along with minimal business management functionalities. Strong partnerships with other US and global functional support areas are essential, which include technology, compliance, business support management, product business managers, business control office, and finance teams. Developing a good rapport with partners, stakeholders, and senior management is critical; this role interacts with the leads across the RDP Business Management, RDP Product Solutions and Reference Data Operations teams. Primary responsibilities/job duties will include: Partner with Project Lead(s) to define project scope, objectives, and key milestones. Partner with stakeholders across different teams and LOBs to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and within scope, while ensuring operational and business change readiness. Define and track progress against Objectives and Key Results that tie to expected business outcomes of assigned projects. Develop high impact materials to drive decision making with senior stakeholders. Status Reporting, evaluating progress and quality, diagnosing and reporting risks & issues and escalating when appropriate. Support for the RDP/CDO Communication strategy including planning and execution across the following work streams: DEI Initiatives, Community of Practice, Media Usage, Stakeholder Communications, and People Agenda. Drive results through leadership, people, communication and influence. Must be able to manage multiple work streams and priorities concurrently. Qualifications: Several years of related experience including finance, project management, communications, and/or strategy related Prior project management experience preferred Builds a sense of community, creating a positive team environment and modeling a global, diverse mindset and inclusive behavior Demonstrated proficiency/advanced skills using Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical, prioritization and organizational skills Logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making Capacity to think laterally and convey an understanding of the big picture Maintains a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize/multi-task Demonstrated experience as a key contributing member of a high performing organization Bachelor's degree required JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the JP Morgan and Chase brands.
