We always trust that our people will do the right thing.Context (Position Summary)The Senior External Communication Specialist will be key member of our Corporate Communications team helping to drive our strategy with key stakeholders. This individual will collaborate with our communications team in Europe and in North America to implement the Company's communications strategy and plan. The person will also manage communications campaigns and initiatives globally.Strong communications and copywriting and editing skills are essential, and demonstrated experience in project management and digital communications are important as well.Responsibilities Support Group external communications projects, in particular: Website management Social media strategy, planning and posting Corporate documentation (business and sustainability report; corporate brochure ) Media relations Drive communications campaigns, such as Special days: MLK Day, International Women Day, Earth Day Constellium programs/activities: sustainability targets, diversity and inclusion Help manage communications network in North America Support sites with local media relations activities Support sites in creating content for the new Employee app Contribute to employer branding and recruitment initiatives in North America Coordinate photo shoots, video shoots New employee app management Support Investor Relations Team Provide logistical support for earnings calls Contribute to the organization of Investor/Analyst Days Assist with crisis communications preparedness and management Ability to travel locally and internationally as needed (less than 10% expected)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Written Communication - Ability to convey information effectively through various mediums (corporate brochure, website, social media, video scripts ), as well as strong editing skills. Samples will be requested. Social Media and Web Content Management - Experience working with web content production, social media planning and publishing Event Management and Planning - Knowledge of event planning and resource management for events such as Investor Days, Internal events or Trade Shows. Project Management - Ability to manage projects against deadlines and organize multiple competing priorities independently. Collaboration - The position works closely with members of the team based at the site level and within the Corporate / Central team as well as within Europe and North America. Verbal communications skills are essential. International Mindset - Ability to work with individuals from various part of the world.Additional Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a communications agency Design skills preferred (Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop )
