Location: Reston, VAMust currently hold an active TS/SCI clearance with poly.The Contract Specialist IV, Deal Management, in conjunction with the Oracle National Security Group (NSG), oversees the contractual responsibilities associated with delivering Cloud Services, Licenses, Hardware, Professional and other services at Oracle. This individual ensures Oracle delivers all required information to our Intelligence Community (IC) Customers to meet all contractual requirements and deliverables. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key contracts management role in the delivery of Oracle License and Services across the IC.The Contract Specialist IV, Deal Management position is a strategic role that works with numerous lines of business and functional areas to include but not limited to Finance, Security, Legal, Order Management and Business Operations. This individual will be a representative of Oracle having a direct working relationship with Government Contracting Officers (CO), as well as contracting representatives from system integrators and Oracle subcontract companies.This role:A' . Is ideal for a self-starter who is experienced in Government Contractual, Financial and Legal reporting and deliverables to include Organizational Conflicts of Interest reporting and training requirementsA' . Communicates with executives and various levels of management to present Contractual Performance and Program leadershipA' . Skillfully navigates the goals of agility and innovation with reporting and compliance requirementsA' . Effectively collaborate with colleagues within NSG & US Public Sector Deal Management to promote consistent adoption of federal policies and proceduresA' . Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), both multi-award and single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts, Commercial Services, and various contract types to include Time & Material (T&M), Fixed Price (FP), and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) agreementsA' . Requires the appropriate security clearance and ability to meet with Customers both in person and virtually as necessitated by the contractA' . Adjusts and adapts to responsibilities that may be deemed appropriate by Oracle managementThe Contract Specialist IV, Deal Management leads several major efforts including:A' . Coordinate and Manage reporting requirements across various organizations and LOBs to ensure contractual data (performance and financial) associated with Commercial and Oracle National Security Cloud realms is available to internal Oracle and Government customers in accordance with contract requirements. Owns the responsibility to ensure pricing changes and service additions/deletions are reported to the Government CO in accordance with reporting requirementsA' . Participates in or leads contract negotiations and provides contractual domain expertise in implementation, execution and administration of all assigned contracts, task orders, and other master agreementsA' . Champions contract policy and procedures, assists in reviewing for efficiencies and improvement and recommends changes to improve time-frames and customer experiencePreferred Qualifications:A' . Minimum 6 years relevant experience required including 3 supporting the Intelligence CommunityA' . Must currently hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polyA' . Bachelor's Degree in business or related fieldA' . Professional Certifications (ie NCMA CFCM, CPCM or Government equivalent)A' . Executive presence and comfort with engaging with various levels of Executives and managementA' . Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship and trust buildingA' . Results and delivery orientedA' .
