Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree OR a High School Diploma / GED and at 3 years of experience in Human Resources (any concentration). Experience evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, laws, and regulations. Experience delivering presentations and facilitating workshops to various audience levels within an organization. Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling). Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font). Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns). Willing to travel up to 75% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).Preferred Qualifications Certification as a PHR or SPHR as granted by HRCI. Experience providing field support in a multi-site/location environment. 1-3 years experience in Human Resources
