About Management Leadership for Tomorrow MLT is transforming the careers and life trajectories of a new generation of diverse leaders, while expanding the talent pipelines at more than 130 leading businesses, social-sector organizations, and universities. We have convened a uniquely powerful and vibrant community of MLT Rising Leaders - 9,000+ and growing - who are propelling change throughout our institutions, communities, and nation. The racial equity movement has propelled us to the forefront of the nation's battle against racism, as global organizations embrace the success of our talent recruitment and development solutions and receive our advice and guidance for becoming organizations where people of color can thrive and become senior leaders. By joining our team, you will help us work towards a world where inequality is no more, people of color realize their full potential, and diverse leadership is no longer "underrepresented." MLT's Tech/West Coast Team MLT partners with companies to develop and recruit top Black, Latinx, and Native American talent with the potential to become senior leaders of impact and influence.
