Responsible for the audience segment across their consumer experience with SHRM. Develops the strategy and implements a marketing plan to achieve revenue goals, drive member acquisition targets, and increase member/customer lifetime value rates. Defines integrated marketing strategies that generate demand and bring new buyers into the market. This position is pivotal to ensuring execution of targeted marketing programs across all functional marketing areas are consistent and to ensure the product experience, digital transformation and brand marketing priorities are met.HR focus: Core HR, Accountable HR, StudentsBusiness focus: Executive, Enterprise, People ManagersPosition RequirementsOwns and leads across the consumer journey, specifically your three audience segmentsDrives loyalty and preference with audience creating high CLVDevelops the strategy for an Integrated Content Marketing Plan that delivers brand priorities and revenue goals specific to each audience segmentHas a deep understanding of the business and how it comes to life across all campaigns and pieces of content and serves as a bridge between goals, strategy and execution.Directs the implementation a new Go-to-Market PlanOperationalize SHRM's audience-centricity model and partner with analytics to constantly monitor and optimize segment's engagement and experienceDevelops a deep understanding of target audiences and competitor activities in the market, and utilizes it to inform campaign execution and best practicesDirect and utilize SHRM's marketing technology, automation, personalization, and customization tools and tracking.Manages budget assigned and appropriately execute against the budgetStays abreast of workplace trends, HR industry shifts, and how consumer habits are changing and designs new ideas for content delivery & activation ahead of these fluctuationsMentors and leads a team of about ten marketing professionals and collaborates across the organizationLeads within a matrix organization, collaborates, inspires and is able to align resources to identified critical needs / requirements to building market level implementation plans.Position QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is requiredAt least 10 years of progressively complex experience in marketingExperience with demand generation, personalization, customization and audience-centricity is requiredDeep understanding of content marketing tailored for audience segments - ability to apply consumer insights to improve campaigns (targeting, delivery and performance)End to End Campaign development that include but not limited to strategy, targeting and segmentation, execution and measurementHigh level of responsiveness and ability to adapt to changeStrong problem-solving skillsAppetite to innovate, fail-fast, and be smart & curiousLead with bold purpose while collaborating fiercely with a high-degree of accountabilityExperience with digital tools, like Marketo and Salesforce to generate, capture, nurture, track and report on leads, conversions, and ROIMust be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations.Physical RequirementsWork is generally performed sitting, talking, hearing and typing.
