Overview: Responsible for providing administrative and technical assistance within the Human Resources program in a classified environment with multiple sub-contractors, partners, technologies, systems, and services. Responsibilities: Work within current business processes to provide technical and administrative support to Human Resources, Leadership and Talent Development, and/or Compensation & Benefits project teamsWork to coordinate and meet deliverable deadlinesConduct analysis, and research in support of projectsProduce Weekly Activity Reports (WAR)Prepare presentations Qualifications: TS SCI ClearanceMinimum Education: Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experienceMinimum Years Related Experience: minimum 3 years in HR or Administrative roleDesired Years Related Experience: 5 years of relevant experienceMinimum Technical Skills: Solid MS Office skillsDesired Technical Skills: Experience with HR software preferred (Yello, Hand-Shake, HireVue)Minimum Industry Certifications: NoneDesired Industry Certifications: NoneMust provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination status or obtain an approved accommodation request (as required by law) within 30 days of employment.
