FUOPS (Future Operations) Program Officer
Position Summary: MAG Aerospace is seeking a Future Operations (FUOPS) Program Officer. The FUOPS Program Officer is responsible for the oversight of Multi Domain Task Force (MDTF), Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) and United States European Command (USAREUR) Operational Needs Statements (ONS). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but not limited to:Conducts analysis of ONS documentsConducts course of action (COA) development for ONS projectsConducts daily coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Other duties may be assigned Requirements: Minimum Requirements Knowledge and Skills Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of managing Department of Defense (DoD) projects Experience providing direction and developing work assignments for a cross-functional team Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with Government Customers, Senior Leadership and Subcontract Partners Excellent MS Office skills; particularly PowerPoint and experience with creating and presenting technical presentations and project deliverablesMust be able to identify risks in a project and assist in the mitigation of risksMust have effective analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communications skillsStrong organizational skills and time managementClearanceTS DoD Security ClearanceEducation and Experience Bachelor's degree10 years of related experience Desired QualificationsTS/SCI DoD Security ClearanceProject Management Certification Special Note:The position is contingent upon candidate's ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements.Government or customer site-specific requirements may include, but are not limited to, proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status, except in circumstances where a candidate is legally entitled to an accommodation Company Policy: MAG Aerospace (MAG) is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and is committed to Diversity and Inclusion.
