The Client Service Group (CSG) is responsible for meeting the day to day service needs of the Private Bank's high net worth and ultra-high net worth client base. Service is delivered through a very high-touch, team-based model with key locations in the US, EMEA, and Asia. Within the Client Service Group, the Communications Team is responsible for all messaging within the Client Service Group to help keep employees informed of day-to-day responsibilities and strategic events. Responsibilities: The Communications Associate (CA) is an organizational change driver whose primary responsibility is managing, analyzing and processing internal, one-way communications for the Client Service Group. The role will report to the US Communications Manager and serves to support the US & LATAM Service Leadership team in achieving the strategic communication/marketing goals for the service organization. Key functions include developing and implementing a robust, strategic communications/marketing/employee readiness agenda. This role will require an ability to deal with complex business challenges, tight deadlines, competing priorities, and interaction with leadership personnel. The role will support day-to-day communications needs, as well as knowledge management and implementation of change management strategies. The ability to multi-task, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and strategic perspective is paramount. Key responsibilities include: Receive internal news and messaging to then identify a critical call to action and/or the most pertinent details to include in a clearly crafted communication/marketing message. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to draft internal communications for US and LatAm Offshore Client Service population (~800 individuals). This includes daily, weekly, monthly messages, as well as employee newsletters and ad-hoc requests. Work collaboratively with team members on projects and/or initiatives related to strategic events for the Client Service Group. Help drive strategic perspective in correspondence with the change agenda for the practice. Communicate to US and LatAm offshore Client Service population using a variety of marketing and communications methods / tools including email, webcasts, newsletters, infographics, etc. Maintain communications databases using existing framework / tools Required knowledge, skills and abilities: Exceptional verbal and written skills, particularly from a marketing or change management perspective Excellent interpersonal skills required to interact with stakeholders at all levels, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience coordinating a collaborative effort to drive a common goal Experience understanding and summarizing complex concepts in a manner that is easily understood, highlighting benefits or impact to targeted population Experience in the client support environment preferred, as this role supports a population of client-facing individuals.
