**Description:**Our client is looking for a porter/maintenance tech for their company. There are two shifts depending on experience. They will be doing basic maintenance throughout their buildings/building complex. In the center of their buildings is an outside area where they host events which they maintain as well. They will be doing light electrical (changing lights), light plumbing (basic toilet/sink repairs/unclogging), and furniture set up, and then they have the opportunity to learn more commercial building maintenance such as HVAC PMs and more.**Skills:**Entry level, Mechanical, Customer Service, Property, Commercial, Tools, pool operator certification**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**1+ yeas of building maintenance experience in a commercial office/hot, residential, porter experience.Great with Technology computer/laptop phone / be able to learn Building automation system Mechanically inclined need be able to use hand and power tool**Experience Level:**Entry Level**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
