Job Duties: RecruitingAssists Talent Acquisition Manger in Full Life Cycle Recruitment: sourcing best talent, conducting effective and insightful screening as appropriate for hiring managersUpdates applicant tracking system throughout the recruiting processFacilitates all interview processes, job advertising, coordinating all interviews, assisting with selection and offer processesWorks within the business development process as it relates to staffing: review RFPs, identify needed skill sets, identify qualified candidates to be bid, coordinate/update tailored resumes for the proposal, coordinate letters of commitments (as needed)Conducts and coordinates on-boarding activities such as orientation and training for new hires HR Generalist / Admin SupportProvides administrative support to HR and Finance TeamProcesses all new hire, personnel changes, and terminationsHandles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staffSupports the performance management processOrganizes and updates electronic filesAssists with new and existing employee check-ins and follow upsPromotes and executes HR and company events that create a collaborative environment Promotes and supports the consistent application of HR policies and best practicesReinforces company culture and values and works to support a positive work environment and morale among staffMaintains confidentiality and security of all employee and proprietary company informationQualifications:Must have 5-7 years' Recruiting and HR Generalist ExperienceBachelor's degree is preferredProven previous experience with full cycle recruitment and creative sourcing with ability to support 5-10 requisition at a timeExperience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems Experience with internet sourcing and posting, career fairs, LinkedIn and proficient leveraging social mediaProficiency with MS Office applicationsHigh degree of integrity and respect for confidential informationAbility to work collaboratively and take initiative Possess strong organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and networking skills and will strive to provide valuable and timely customer service to management and candidates alike.COVID-19 continues to significantly impact our employees, families and communities.
