The right candidate will be responsible for all menus ( Food, wine, cocktails, beer and brunch) hiring and facilitating all R&M (Repair & Maintenance), all daily restaurant operations (FOH&BOH) and provide motivation to our staff to deliver excellent customer service.Additional responsibilities for General Manager include maintaining the restaurant"s revenue, profitability and quality goals to ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.To be successful as General Manager, you"ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. The right candidate must know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. Back of the house management experience is also essential, as you"ll hire qualified Cooks and Wait Staff, oversee all labor costs and scheduling, oversee food costs and prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.We"ll expect our General Manager to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.
