Ideally, we want someone who is retired or self-employed that has executive leadership experience in large multifamily construction.The short-term assignment is only temporary while we work on identifying and hiring a permanent construction president. Candidates will be provided fees, housing, and other expenses during tenure.Candidates must have executive construction experience with large multifamily projects (concrete/steel and/or wood frame) at least $30M in size. We can consider executive talent from multifamily developers, owners, construction managers or general contractors.
