What you'll do: As Channel Partner Sales Senior Director, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and your responsibilities will include: Partnering with the CRO and executive leadership to define, develop, and implement strategies that enhance long-term value for channel partners, and for Upside Strengthen relationships with partners, ensure a positive partner experience, understand the key drivers of each partner's value proposition, and influence partners Create account plans and strategies to win new business from expanding relationships Ensure contractual benefits of channel partner agreements are realized, through strong partner relationship management and project management skills Provide accurate and detailed forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota requirements Drive Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to support channel partner strategy Build and manage a high-performance team; hire and retain the right talent in the right roles; set goals, delegate work, ensure accountability; develop and empower direct reports to make decisions and deliver results What you need: 5-10 years of sales experience in large enterprise account selling, strategic account management, or channel/strategic partner sales Successful track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas Proven track record of success in building and managing sales teams Prior experience building sales processes, including CRMs (Salesforce specifically), pipeline management, sales organization and structure, and compensation plans Willingness to travel Start-up experience required Bachelor"s degree or higher What Upside Offers: Competitive base salary plus uncapped variable earning potential Generous equity participation for all quota carrying roles The opportunity to meaningfully impact the trajectory of one of the fastest growing companies in the US #2 on Deloitte's 2021 Technology Fast 500 list in the Software and SaaS category ( Revenue Growth from 2017 - 2020 = 60,259%) Best in class benefits package, including unlimited PTO People-first culture, with a deep management bench focused on coaching the individual for this job and the next Comprehensive tech stack to enable sellers to succeed, including Gong, Outreach, Linkedin In Navigator, Salesforce.com and a number of proprietary tools The fine print:Notice to recruiters and placement agencies: This is an in-house search.
