As Senior Director, Product Marketing, you will lead your team in owning strategy and execution across all personas in our two-sided marketplace, spanning job seeker (worker) acquisition, job seeker retention and engagement, employer acquisition, and employer retention and engagement. For each, you will represent the voice of the user, leveraging your customer-centric expertise to advance intra-marketing campaigns and complex cross-functional initiatives in partnership with product, engineering, and sales. You will form the connective tissue that keeps the marketing organization driving toward a product/user-first mission. You should 1) leverage a player-coach approach with a track record of successfully leading teams, 2) have experience coordinating diverse stakeholders alongside deep interaction with Product, Sales, and Engineering partners, 3) be data-driven and analytics savvy, and 4) able to communicate successfully at the executive level. With these core skills, you and your team will: Inform and accelerate worker acquisition Partner with Performance Marketing and Brand to ensure job seeker insights and compelling product features inform our strategies for worker acquisition. Drive worker retention and engagement Understand the job seeker lifecycle and work with Marketing Operations to launch and optimize our communication with workers Partner with Product to propose and test new features, messaging, and value propositions. Support enterprise employer acquisition and drive self-service SMB acquisition Create sales enablement collateral for enterprise acquisition (eg pitch packs, case studies, videos). Lead launches of products and features, including keeping Sales stakeholders informed. Work with Product to test messaging and UX for SMB self-service acquisition. Work with Marketing Operations on cold outreach to SMBs. Reduce employer churn and expand employer feature adoption Own both the enterprise and SMB employer lifecycle, especially communication, to reinforce Snagajob"s value and results. Help employers understand the benefits of new features, like Easy Apply, and create communication campaigns to encourage adoption. Understand and organize roadmaps at the persona level Own documentation and tracking for projects across the marketing org, becoming the expert in how roadmaps for all personas work together. Support the wider marketing team in gaining alignment with Product & Engineering for all applicable projects. Beyond subject matter expertise and the ability to lead all of the above effectively, you"ll bring: Significant and current product marketing leadership experience; marketplace or e-commerce experience preferred. Deep experience working with Product, Engineering and Sales teams. Successful track record of leading and mentoring teams. Strong ability to analyze, simplify and apply marketing and business concepts. Cross-functional project management expertise, with the ability to prioritize and advance projects in a complex and ambiguous environment. Natural ability to develop relationships and influence without authority across all levels in an organization, from senior executives to individual contributors. Analytical rigor and strong critical thinking skills. You are adept with data, hypothesis-driven, and quickly able to identify solutions or paths to address complex problems. In this role, you can expect to be paid a base salary in the range of $188,000 to $242,000. Full time employees are also eligible for Snagajob's bonus, equity, and benefits programs.
