Konsyl Pharmaceuticals is seeking a full-time remote Digital Marketing professional to assist in the growth of our expanding product portfolio in addition to our legacy products.Reporting directly to the Marketing Department Manager, this position will play a critical role in Konsyl achieving its marketing and revenue goals. Konsyl is aggressively expanding our consumer product lines and sales footprint into a variety of sales distribution channels, with increasing targets over the next five years.A' The Digital Marketing Professional will be an integral role contributing to the success of our company growth plan. The Brand focused Digital Marketing Strategist will spearhead online marketing programs on social media and our retailer partnership portals. They are responsible for audience development and engagement around Konsyl's family of products and our new launch items, driving traffic to our retail partners, in addition to maintaining our B2C segment. Candidate must be an experienced marketer of CPG products, especially in key categories, Vitamins, Beauty or Health and Wellness. You will be measured on your ability to contribute and generate new ideas, manage multiple priorities, meet aggressive deadlines, achieve objectives, and be a key player in the growth of our company. This individual must thrive under pressure and is comfortable with ambiguity. What you'll do:Define Strategy, build and execute targeted plans, define KPI's, spearhead tactical execution, monitor and measure success.Creation and execution of all calendars for social, website, email marketing and newsletters.Monitor the latest trends and platforms in social media, and track competitor performance including advertising formats, channels, and technologies to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how to leverage new tools and services and how they would benefit. Digital Assets maintenance, oversee all media channels, to increase lead generation.Develop branded YouTube channel and partner with influencers who can speak about our brands.Work with Brand Marketing team to assess new opportunities for driving a mobile-first strategy, for both email and SMS campaignsSupport team to develop strategies for improving channel performance; test and optimize program elements to drive growth and improve KPIsManage post boosting / testing / optimization, creative development, and analysis for social campaigns, sharing findings in an ongoing manner with management.Execute Google advanced advertising campaigns, possess the knowledge to report on analytics to the larger team.SEO & SEM implementation must be experienced in PPC, search manager and able to report out to larger team.Must have experience with Amazon Seller Central, and Walmart sell Center, must be able to manage all aspects of the selling portals, including targeted campaigns and analytics. Attend and contribute to all relevant internal company meetings and provide colleagues with timely feedback and follow-up by preparing and distributing weekly status reports.Who you are:5-7 years' experience spearheading all digital messaging and email marketing. 5-7 years Digital Marketing experience either at an agency or on an in-house team; retail ecommerceA' Experience working with large-scale campaigns and budgets across digital channels (SEM, Display, Paid Social)Must be able to accept changes readily, both in job responsibilities, as well as in the work environment, and can be flexible in adapting to re-prioritized tasks.Excellent written and oral communication skills.A team player that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to help the team.Excellent attention to detail and a high level of organizational ability.Energetic, efficient, and able to work independently under pressure.Must be able to think and act quickly; thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment; and set and meet deadlines.
