Pactolus is a client-centric boutique wealth advisory firm focused on providing non-traditional private equity and real estate investment opportunities to a community of affluent and successful entrepreneurial families.A' Pactolus seeks to attract a world-class Client Service Analyst to promote its financial growth and client retention efforts.A Client Service Analyst - (CSA) plays a critical role in maintaining Pactolus' (the Firm) reputation by competently adhering to key compliance guidelines in support of all defined client service and business development initiatives in an effort to ensure the Firm's continued growth and strengthen clients' confidence and relationships.A' The CSA serves as a main point-of-contact for clients, essentially representing the face and voice of the Firm.A' The CSA will also play a key role in the Firm's ongoing goal to ensure its commitment to excellence in cultivating long-term relationships with a consistent and primary goal of seeking profitability for each client and a commitment to successfully fulfilling its fiduciary responsibility to all investors.A' As a key member of the Firm's Client Service Team (CST), the CSA will partner with the Firm's Investment and Senior Management teams on all collaborative efforts to acquire, execute, and manage various investment vehicles.A' This includes concerted partnering efforts by the CST and Investment Team to execute all due diligence requirements and understand and deploy the appropriate protocol to ensure full compliance with established industry guidelines and standards conducive to the successful acquisition and onboarding of investments.A' DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESoA' A' Understand and execute Pactolus' Client Service Model in support of the Firm's financial goals and initiatives to include responsible and timely execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables and the timely response to all client requests and inquiries.A' oA' A' Process and monitor client money movement transactions while complying at all times with established compliance and money movement protocol as defined by the Firm to avoid any risk and loss.oA' A' Understand Private Equity investment vehicles and interpret various investment-related documentation in order to develop an astute level of knowledge as it relates to clients' defined investment objectives.oA' A' Become familiar with the Firm's client portfolio to specifically understand family dynamics and portfolio compositions, specific organizational governance, and financial service needs.oA' A' Prioritize and develop a strategic approach to successfully manage assignments and workflow.oA' A' Possess a proficient understanding of the mechanics of Self-Directed, IRA and SEP Retirement Accounts, and applicable Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs).oA' A' Possess an expert level of knowledge and use of Microsoft Word's Mail Merge function.oA' A' Possess a high degree of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel to efficiently manage the Firm's financial reporting requirements - Proficiency in the use of Word and Excel is a key component to successfully functioning in the CSA role.oA' A' Deliver a consistently high-quality level of service to each client in an efficient and professional manner.oA' A' Anticipate client needs and provide appropriate guidance accordingly.oA' A' Possess critical thinking skills necessary to identify and immediately address or appropriately escalate critical issues for immediate resolution.oA' A' Maintain awareness of daily priorities and deliverables, communicate, and provide status updates to team members and colleagues in adherence to established deadlines using company specified tracking technology.oA' A' Understand and comply with the Firm's established Privacy Policy.oA' A' Understand and comply with the Firm's established Code of Conduct.A' QUALIFICATIONS EducationoA' A' Successful completion of a 4-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics from an accredited college or university is preferred, or 3-plus years in quantitative-related disciplinesoA' A' Preferred FINRA licenses: Series 7, 65, 66, or others A' Relevant Work ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience at a Registered Investment Adviser or Private Wealth Management firm or experience in Financial PlanningExperience in understanding the operative nature and mechanics of various Trusts is a plus, specifically Revocable, Irrevocable, Charitable, and Generation-Skipping is a plusHigh degree of knowledge of the "Know Your Customer (KYC)"A' protocolExperience proactively addressing clients' inquiries, independently addressing concerns in a timely manner, and identifying and elevating critical client matters to senior management to ensure timely resolutionExperience with Fidelity's WealthScape platform is preferredExperience maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding clients and their personal and financial informationA' Required Skills/CompetenciesoA' A' The CSA role requires an astute business acumen, a high aptitude for numbers and a high degree of attention to detailoA' A' Ability to function at a high level and multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment with ease and efficiencyoA' A' Excellent written and verbal skills are essentialoA' A' High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel is essentialoA' A' Excellent interpersonal/relationship skillsoA' A' Maintain a professional appearanceoA' A' Maintain a high degree of professionalism and courtesy to clients and colleaguesoA' A' Ability to interact professionally and courteously with external service providers to include fund administration, accountants, attorneys, and investment fund managersoA' A' Punctual attendance is essential
