Responsibilities:All aspects of the administration and management of complex, commercial construction projectsManaging projects to substantial completion and through the warranty periodPrepare bid submittals with a targeted gross profitMaintain relationships between sub-contractors, General Contractors, Architects and customer clienteleConstant communication with clientele to include but not limited to Project Architects, General Contractors and Owner's Representatives while maintaining quality standardsOverall responsible for building a rolling scheduleEnsure that weekly/monthly reporting is up to date and meeting deadlinesResponsible for billing and collecting receivablesCoordinating with the Operations and Production Managers to schedule manpower and equipment resourcesAssist the Contract Administrator for monthly financial closeoutAccountable for weekly, monthly forecasting and budgetingQualifications:Ability to analyze situations, consider options, and decide on actions quicklyComprehensive knowledge of construction site workAbility to negotiate price and terms with customers and local vendorsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentStrong oral and communication skillsProficient in MS Word, Excel and OutlookBackground in Construction Management, Engineering or Business Management a plusWhat we provide:Competitive salaryMedical benefits with dental and visionFlexible Spending Account401(k) planFlexible work/life balanceFamily-oriented company cultureRuppert Landscape is an Equal Opportunity and E-verify Employer
