Do you love producing big ideas but also don't mind rolling up your sleeves and doing the tactical work needed to get to the finish line? TBC is looking for a solutions-oriented senior creative with conceptual development experience combined with a copywriting foundation who can take wordsmithing from concept to client deliverable. Our ideal new teammate will be comfortable leading a presentation for a room of clients and colleagues while willing to do the writing behind-the-scenes. We work with clients large and small within a variety of industries, with audiences including B2C, D2C, B2B and so on.A' The bottom line? Your thinking should be conceptual and strategic, your writing fresh and inventive, and your work ethic dependable. The General Criteria:Experienced writer comfortable with working across a variety of mediums (website copy, social media, business proposals, ad campaigns, videos, and more).Strong team player: craft big ideas and think conceptually while connecting the dots with and for the supporting teams.Collaborate with Designers to develop visuals.Comfortable with being a client partner, not just the agency "A< oebehind the scenes' writing engine.Foster external relationships with a deep understanding of clients, their business needs, and our role in their success. Establish full client trust in your creative instincts and decisions.Determined multi-tasker: you excel at working with multiple clients at once.Deep understanding of the creative content that fuels social platforms .Participate in new business proposals, client presentations and selling creative concepts internally and externally.Generate brand ideas across all channels, including traditional, digital, print, and experiential.Interpret creative briefs and facilitate client discovery workshops in order to generate concepts.A' Handle both long-form and short-form assignments in any media context.Write in a variety of styles and develop a range of brand voices that reach our clients' audiences in disruptive ways.Effectively work within assigned timeframes and budgets.Participate in agency thought leadership.Proven strategic leadership in fast-paced creative environments.A' Requirements:10+ years of Agency experienceA' 3+ years of experience as a creative project leadBachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing or other related fieldsPortfolio highlighting a variety of copy-driven work within the marketing industryA' Interested applicants may send their creative samples and resumes to 's not by accident that 60% of our team has been at TBC for over 5 years!We take pride in fostering an Agency culture that allows our employees to be fulfilled both professionally and personally- an approach that led to TBC being named a Top Workplace by the Baltimore Sun in 2021.
