CV Resources has partnered with an industry leading environmental simulation testing, inspection, and certification services firm. This position will work closely with various GM's to support strategic growth, P&L Management, and capital allocations. This is a high visibility role collaborating with multiple corporate functions to provide financial education and support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Prepare the annual budget working collaboratively with the Director of Operations and facilities' general managers. Provide insight to achievability, risks, and opportunities of the annual budgetImprove the accuracy of the forecasting process by working closely with Operations Leaders to build their business acumen and understanding of key financial leversPerform regular forecast updates, as requiredMonitor and report financial performance; analyze and interpret operating results, investigate variances, and provide recommendations on corrective action (if required)Provide strategic and in-depth analysis of key performance indicators Including revenue, direct/indirect costs, and capital expendituresConduct quarterly project and backlog reviews with facility leadsAssist with working capital managementCalculate capital expenditure ROI's, Review and approve purchase and assist with forecasting capital spendManage KPI's including headcount, safety, sales, pipeline, bookings and othersAssist in preparing monthly executive reviewsImprove operational and financial performance by evaluating process inefficiencies and implementing changesAnalyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposesAd-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
