For more information, visit OpportunityThis vital role will be responsible for planning, scaling, developing, and executing lead and demand gen programs, managing teams and campaigns to support revenue targets for Observe.AI. Must have a startup, Demand Generation ownership, and hands-on SaaS experience background to hit the ground running. The position reports to the VP of Demand Generation and interfaces extensively with Director Marketing Ops, product marketing, corporate and customer marketing, sales ops, partner/channel marketing, and creative members. What you will be doingBuild campaigns/demand gen initiatives and oversight, both strategic and tactical execution Develop actionable insights and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of programsSupport in collaborating with product marketing, corporate and customer marketing, sales operations, field marketing, creative services, corporate communications, and field sales to understand Observe.AI's strategy to implement demand generation programsIdentify new ways to optimize existing programs while implementing growth opportunities for additional campaign media investmentsSupport and manage budget allocation, and weekly/monthly maintenance of forecast to actuals.Create and execute high-impact multi-channel demand gen programs and campaigns designed to drive qualified leads and generate pipeline for the sales teamsPrepare full media planning and buying process to adhere to allocated campaign budgetsWork with Dir of Marketing Ops on segmentation to deliver targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion of leadsPartner with Marketing Ops Director and Sales Ops in marketing automation, account-based marketing, (ABM) and other components to execute campaigns and programsDeveloping A/B optimization and new testing plans across all components of a campaign, and making swift recommendations and/or changes to campaignsLeveraging data to make informed recommendations and decisions for paid investmentsAnalyze the effectiveness of demand gen activities while also focusing on improving marketing KPIs such as LTV, CAC, CPM, CPL, and CPA.Select and solidify relationships with the data management team and marketing operations who can assist with database growth and cleanlinessPartner closely with the internal teams to develop and execute inbound lead follow up, nurture, and other tactics deployedSupport cross-functionally with a range of programs/tactics including data requests, CRM, engagement programs, lead scoring, account-based marketing (ABM) programs, email, etc.Identify and work to build communities where relevant leads can be engaged.Identify and work with Digital Demand Gen and Events team on 3rd party data webinar content, promotion, and lead generationProvide guidance and cross-functional training of technology to peers as required and processes (ie Nurture programs to Lead flows) for campaign channels.Report quarterly on spend vs actuals, nurture program numbers and KPIs as directed by the businessWho you are 6+ years of Experience in Related FieldBachelor's level Degree requiredHands-on full-time experience in a B2B SaaS or AI, technology startup marketing capacity Passion for all things demand generation and lead acquisition as well as digital and ops literacyProficiency in SalesForce (or other CRM tools) and marketing automation tools Hands-on Content Marketing or Product Marketing experience is highly preferred Experience in online marketing with a desire to grow into a Director roleDocumentation and proofs of a diverse portfolio of marketing tactics including but not limited to email marketing, webinar, content promotion, and paid socialBonus if you have Self-starter, reliable team player with strong initiative and ability to thrive in high growth startupsWell-organized, can juggle multiple work streams and consistently produce results on timeStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and creative thinking abilities and translating data into actionable strategiesStrong relationship-building skills and ability to partner successfully across organizationWhat we offerExcellent medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsUnlimited PTO Generous holiday (federal and wellness) recognition and parental leave policies401K plan to save for your futureRemote benefits including a daily meal stipend, WFH stipend, mobile & internet stipend to set you up for success in this remote environmentLearning & Development fund to support you in your continuing education journey and professional developmentFun events to build culture across the organization#LI-remoteIf you are ambitious, make an impact wherever you go, and you're ready to shape the future of Observe.AI, we encourage you to apply.
