As the Graphic Design Associate at WebbMason, this person is responsible for executing creative projects with high visual impact for a variety of products for clients. The Graphic Design Associate should be able to work independently and in conjunction with the Agency Services team and other departments. This position requires basic experience with both print and digital media.Essential Functions The ideal candidate will:Conceptualize and produce attractive and effective designs in the creation of logos, direct mail pieces, brochures, promotional kits, digital advertising creative, large format graphics, etc.Employ color, type, illustration and photography best practices throughout all deliverablesDemonstrate the ability to follow client-provided brand style guides to ensure compliance and consistency across client productsThink and work creatively on materials for a variety of clients across multiple industriesMulti-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentUse appropriate digital materials to support the application and quality of the productMeet with design and technical staff on projects, technical specifications, and deadlinesStay abreast of any industry-wide changes in design philosophy and any new tools and technologies being usedPossess the ability to work independently as well as within a team environmentDemonstrate exception time management skillsQualifications and Skills4-year degree in Graphic Design or related field1-2+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolioProficient knowledge of industry leading software including Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XDPortfolio including pieces that demonstrate strong concepting skills and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite applicationsStrong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing techniques
