Remote - Personal Lines Account Manager (American Casualty Insurance Agency)

To fuel that growth, we have another exciting opportunity as a Personal Lines Account Manager with American Casualty Insurance Agency, an Acrisure Agency partner.This position is responsible for working with personal lines accounts on prospective and existing business opportunities. The position will identify client needs and recommend products that will address them.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coveragesReview of policies, verifies accuracySet priorities and manages work flow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilitiesInvestigate client issues and resolve problemsMake recommendations upon client needs & demographicsProcess renewals according to agency procedures.Complete applications, submits applications to eligible and appropriate carriers, follow up to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policiesMaintain communication on a regular basis with clients to ensure client satisfactionInterface with other departments to ensure proper client serviceProcess incoming mail and phone requests, responding promptly and appropriatelyDetermine reasons for request for cancellations; act to save accounts This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management.Competencies: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
