Showroom hours for this location are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday, 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. This position will be scheduled to work 5 days per week and is commission eligible.**Responsibilities:**+ Cultivate relationships with customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell luxury kitchen and bath products+ Learn customers' motivation for their visit to the showroom then translate their needs into solutions+ Maximize time with customers while still providing a luxury experience+ Participate in customer events, such as live kitchen demonstrations+ Continuously improve sales skills and remain up to date with luxury home trends+ Use and embrace CRM platform (Salesforce)+ Act with integrity and promote an inclusive environment for our customers and associates**Qualifications:**+ Must be willing and available to work Showroom hours, including Saturday and Sunday+ Strong sales presence and interpersonal skills+ Problem solving, leadership and listening skills+ Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills+ The ability to deal with a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge+ Understand the basics of luxury design and interior decorating+ Must have digital literacy skills and be willing to connect with customers virtually+ Able to engage in a consultative sales approach to recommend solutions for the varying needs of the customer+ Ability to learn and embrace new technologies such as CRM and other sales tracking tools+ Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite+ Interest in growing with Ferguson for a long-term career+ Multi-lingual is a plus but not requiredFerguson is dedicated to providing meaningful benefits programs and products to our associates and their families-geared toward benefits, wellness, financial protection, and retirement savings.
