We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to write and produce clear, compelling content at scale. This role is responsible for supporting multiple marketing campaigns with original thought leadership content that drives leads, increases engagement, and amplifies our campaign messages and goals. The ideal candidate will have proven experience turning technical expertise into engaging content, knowledge of B2B marketing organizations, and experience in enterprise software.

To be successful in this role, you need:
  • The ability to create, maintain, and execute a campaign content strategy and editorial calendar, in close collaboration with campaign managers and product or industry marketers.
  • To produce original thought leadership content (e.g. eBooks, whitepapers, blog posts, infographics, landing pages, video scripts, emails,) that drives leads, attracts audiences, encourages engagement, and supports campaign messaging and goals.
  • To communicate and collaborate with other marketing leaders (including campaign managers, product/industry marketing, influencers, corporate comms, SEO, creative, and social media) to plan, produce, and distribute content.
  • Creativity to brainstorm new content ideas and extensions based on interviews with subject matter experts (both internal and external), competitive research, SEO research, and market trends.
  • To conduct regular content audits to refresh outdated content, retire assets, and identify gaps and new opportunities.
  • To work closely with the Marketing Operations team to report on defined KPIs and campaign effectiveness, with an eye toward real-time reporting.

  • Introductions to key stakeholders and collaborators who will help you understand our campaigns and strategize content.

Basic qualifications:
  • 5+ years of content marketing, inbound marketing, brand journalism, or related experience within enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven writing and editing skills with original bylines/content to support.
  • Experience in Google Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools preferred.
  • Experience with the public sector, financial services, and/or insurance industries preferred.
