Principal Associate, Process Management - Retail Bank, Product Operations | Enablement

Retail Bank Product Operations team is seeking a high performing Principal Process Manager to serve as the subject matter expert on processes that improve business efficiency and drive results. This person must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and have the ability to adapt to change quickly. As the Principal Process Manager will deliver flawlessly executed standards and controls for critical business processes that directly impact customers, front line associates and improve our risk posture. You will monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity. You collaborate with other process owners to educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate curiosity and aptitude to learn about the current regulatory environment and internal policies within Retail Bank and the Enterprise
  • Create and validate processes and controls related to L2s
  • Drive continuous team and process improvement to achieve breakthrough results
  • Design and produce metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness of L2 processes and controls
  • Lead process improvement initiatives aligned with desired customer outcomes
  • Handle multiple tasks independently to meet deadlines
  • Provide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings
  • Meet with key stakeholders and business partners to share results, drive changes and gather requirements
  • Document processes and projects (creating reports, presentations, business cases, and diagrams)


Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years Relationship Management experience
  • At least 1 year of Process Management experience OR at least 1 year of Project Management experience



Preferred Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, SLQ2CQ, or Business Process Management (BPM) certification
  • Risk Certifications (CRCM, CAMS, CIPP, ABA Risk Management Certification)
  • 2+ years of Process Management experience
  • 1+ year of Risk Management experience
