Position Summary Odyssey Systems is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to provide support to Project Manager Electronic Warfare & Cyber (PM EW&C) program based at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. This individual will support PM EW&C's mission to acquire integrated Intelligence, Electronic and Cyber Warfare capabilities that provide Spectrum and Cyberspace Superiority to enable freedom of maneuver on the Battlefield. PM EW&C vision is an Army equipped with upgradable, integrated and networked SIGINT, EW, Cyber and Space Superiority capabilities to overmatch the threat in multi and joint all domain operations. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: Provides high level subject matter expertise in the planning, evaluation, review and prioritization of technical and financial resources associated with assigned programs. Advises and supports program, planning, evaluation and financial management functions; as well as the strategy and performance measurement functions for assigned programs. Performs extensive coordination with Program Managers, other PEOs, DA staff, other services and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects. Applies expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation, Army missions, goals and objectives. Completes strategic planning, engagements, and outreach. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Business or Accounting Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of fifteen (15) years experience managing government technical acquisition programs is required of which one (1) year must be supervisory. Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for bachelors degree.
