Highline Warren/Service Champ is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Warehouse Lead. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for leading by example of all daily warehouse operations specifically for our picking and shipping areas. This includes inventory control, and material handling. Typical duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Lead the team a team of Pickers and Scanners while minimizing errors and losses Assist Managers in distributing workload to employees Sort merchandise and distribute orders from customers Stocking and packaging of merchandise with proficiency and accuracy Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking for shipments as needed Maintaining clean and organized work areas Develop, communicate and enforce compliance to all Distribution Center policies and procedures Train employees in the value of adhering to company policies, procedures and standards, and strengthen their dedication to following these guidelines Ensuring all continuous improvement and cost objectives are met Consistently deliver on the company's commitment to customer service Perform any other duties assigned as it relates to the overall business of the company Reach Truck experience a plusBasic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in all areas of the warehouse Leadership experience Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Basic computer skillsPI183319789
