Our client in the diagnostics space is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Segment Marketing to join the team. This individual will be a primary marketing lead for the Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Endocrine (CVME) Clinical Solutions Segment (CS). The [team member] will work with the Director of Marketing to drive thought leadership programming with industry organization sponsorships, tradeshows, webinars with a deep understanding of clinical segment priorities, own the brand and digital strategy, partner with customer and regional teams with effective messaging, efficient sales tools, and training with an understanding of internal and external customer needs.This will be a temp-to-perm opportunity; fully remote with EST work hours. Healthcare experience is required to be considered.Senior Marketing Manager ResponsibilitiesDevelop clinical value propositions and sales playbooks, integrating benefits of Clinical Segment (CS) product solutions, service solutions, and brand into unique value story for B2B and B2C customer teams.Ensure translation and representation of CS strategic priorities in Customer Marketing Plans and report progress of marketing plans.Develop sales enablement and messaging content around specific solutions for specialty sales team.Identify region-specific product opportunities and collaborate with regional marketing to assess/address them.Drive a variety of digital, organic, and paid acquisition channels including but not limited to content creation, web content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and campaign performance analysisGenerate customer insights and VOC into demand barriers, call points and trends and develop strategies and related tactics aligned to the buyer's journeyPartner with CS to conduct product market trends / needs / customer validation analysis by customer type.Develop strategy, prioritization and budget allocation at a customer and segment-levelManage marketing spend on programs and measure spend effectivenessBuild relationships and partner with internal (business partners, peers) and external stakeholders (key industry players, agencies, and vendors)Drive re-balancing of priorities to meet unexpected needs of CF.Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goalsSenior Marketing Manager QualificationsBachelor's Degree5+ years healthcare industry experience preferred; Minimum 10+ years success in a marketing roleUp to 25% business travel required to Cleveland, OHTeam oriented - ability to lead diverse, cross functional teams and in a matrix environmentExcellent project leadership skills to ensure executionSuperior communication skills including ability to deliver formal business presentations to executive leadershipInitiative - ability to independently problem solve and find resolutionsSuperior strategic thinking and analytical skills to synthesize market/customer insights into prioritized marketing opportunities; Strong capabilities in analyzing data to demonstrate quantifiable opportunities or resultsSuperior marketing capabilities to design marketing strategies and tactics to maximize opportunitiesJob ID: 325680DCCella is an equal opportunity employer.
