Join a values-driven firm where you"ll have fun while solving complex and interesting business challenges.Introduction to the teamThe Field Finance Senior Manager is responsible for partnering with all leaders in firm finance, Consulting, regional Tax, Assurance, and National to deliver strategic financial support for all lines of business, Tax, Assurance, Consulting and National operations.A' This individual will also be a role model and catalyst for organizational change and innovation.Individuals who thrive at Moss Adams exhibit the following success skills A cents € " Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity, and Results Focus.Responsibilities:Act as a liaison with regional leaders to assist with strategic objectives and financial management.A' Present the financialA' reportingA' and analytics to execute strategies to align the firm across all service lines and departmentsServe as the point of contact when communicating firm initiatives and act as a direct resource for executing projectsLead planning process and analyze trends to develop reasonable draft to present to Stakeholders.A' Work with Firm Finance to automate and align planning process.A' Identify key metrics andA' reportingA' tools and collaborate with stakeholders to determine finance best practice approaches to develop and deploy policies and procedures.Manage the performance and career development of team membersLead and participate in process improvement projects and champion positive changeQualifications:Bachelor"s degree or equivalentA' experienceA' required, emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredMinimum of 10 years of Finance or relatedA' experienceA' in a complex organization required; including demonstrated involvement with building and leading high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture;A' experienceA' in public accounting or professional services environment preferredCPA preferredFinancial managementA' experienceA' including working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and General Ledger managementExcellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels within the firmAbility to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing othersStrong organizational and project management skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines while managing and reviewing the work of othersHighly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint) and automated financial systems to gather, analyze, and report dataUnderstanding of the public accounting industryAbility to travel as needed, approximately 5%
