Its more than 700 customers worldwide including over one-third of the Fortune 100 and leading brands such as Unilever, JP Morgan Chase, Delta Air Lines, Vodafone, Carnival Cruise Line, and Goldman Sachs.Job DescriptionThe Salesforce Business Analyst supports HireVue's Sales organization by ensuring an integrated, operationally sound, and analytical approach to Salesforce and related CRM systems across the department through:Data analysis/reporting, forecasting, and planningIdentifying and prioritizing improvements to Salesforce/integrated systems to boost productivity and adoptionDriving department communication both internal to the Sales department and to other business functions Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesManage Salesforce RequestsManage and prioritize requests for improvements, integrations, and new configurationsProjects may be delegated to or co-managed with the Sales support teamImprove Salesforce ProductivityInstitute key metrics focused on quality of activity and aligned with revenue attainmentMaximize the effective use of Salesforce and third-party tools/integrationsStay up-to-date with new features and functionalityOversee Salesforce instance cleanliness to mitigate current and future issuesOwn ReportingWeekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast roll-up and analysis Data sanitation and visualizationAnalysis, consolidation, and dashboard reporting of key performance metricsTerritory, Compensation, and Incentive Planning Maintain sales territory plansPerform administration of sales compensation policy plansSales Department Communication Consolidate information and communication to Sales organizationServe as an effective conduit between Sales and other internal business functionsSupport Sales Team SystemsSupport systems including: Outreach, ZoomInfo, Traction Complete, DemandTools, Clozd, UserGems, D&B, DocuSign, etc.Coordinate with the Marketing team to plan lead distributionQualifications2-3 years of experienceEstablished background in Salesforce/CRM systems administration (certifications preferred, but not required)Solid understanding of financial and recurring revenue principlesAdvanced understanding of Excel, Tableau, and/or comparable data analysis/visualization and reporting toolsExcellent communication skills, written and verbalAdept at strategic planning and tactical executionAdditional InformationFlexible Paid Time Off | Medical, Dental, Vision | 12 Weeks Maternity & Adoption | 401K matchClick Here for US BenefitsHireVue is committed to equal treatment and opportunity in all aspects of recruitment, selection, and employment.
