As a member of the regional team, you will pursue business objectives with our Operations team and be a key contributor to the success of your region and of the entire GDP network. Job Summary: The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the management and execution of all marketing plans and activities, including but not limited to regional marketing programs, event management, marketing budget management, and local and regional marketing planning and implementation for GDP network practices in an assigned territory. This is a key marketing position and is responsible for working closely with our Partners and Operations teams to develop and implement local marketing and outreach plans. Experience in multi-location or multi-unit brand marketing is preferred. Healthcare experience is a bonus. Position reports to the Director of Marketing. Job Requirements: Primary Job Responsibilities: Strong marketing partner with an ability to develop and implement local and regional marketing plans;Work alongside Operations and Doctor Partners to develop local market plans and identify and execute on local marketing opportunities;Work with the Director of Marketing to optimize marketing operations and analyze campaign performance in support of business goals;Lead local strategies for social media, content marketing, and paid media campaigns with support from agency partners;Plan and execute community events and in-office promotions; Plan and participate in conference calls and/or meetings with field teams and agency partners.Provide insight and perspective on:General effectiveness of specific marketing ideas in a given marketRecommend timing of various marketing vehicles to maximize impactAdvice on how to maximize marketing ROILead all implementation of marketing programs and follow up with results and refinementsCreate and implement regional and local marketing programs and activitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree required3+ years marketing experienceCustomer-facing marketing experience requiredMust have experience in both online and offline advertisingPolished presentation and communication skillsHigh business acumenExceptional planning abilities and attention to detailCompensation & Structure:Base Compensation: Competitive, market basedIncentive: Variable based on performance401k Program: Participation in 401k plan with 4% company matchBenefits: Competitive health, dental, vision, Long term and short term disability and life insurance plansLocation: Remote/VirginiaAs this position requires daily travel to assigned offices, you must maintain a valid non-restricted driver's license and appropriate insurance.
