Position summary / Main purpose of the role: We are looking for a proven eCommerce leader who is passionate about driving overall brand success through flawless DTC execution. The Senior Manager, eCommerce is responsible for managing the Denon brand's ecommerce business, driving growth and delivering a rich DTC eCommerce digital brand experience to the consumer. Essential Responsibilities: A' . Drive DTC eCommerce revenue growth, manage expenses, and deliver to financial results.A' . Own all DTC eCommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, average order value, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.A' . Collaborate with brand marketing team to present brand and product stories online in a compelling way that delivers a rich brand experience to the consumer and integrates with other brand channel messaging (wholesale, channel partners, brand marketing, etc.).A' . Develop and implement DTC eCommerce strategy based on brand vision, DTC eCommerce goals, industry trends, and evolving consumer expectations.A' . Identify and evaluate white space DTC eCommerce opportunities and new growth initiatives by leveraging product and category KPI data, consumer insights, and market trend knowledge.A' . Manage site specific eCommerce team tasked with combining brand and eCommerce expertise to deliver merchandising and content planning and execution for the various digital channels, including website and emails.A' . Partner with broader DTC eCommerce Team to leverage ecommerce marketing channels (SEM, SEO, affiliate, email, etc.), CRM, analytics, technology, creative design, conversion rate optimization, customer service, and operations.A' . Work cross-functionally to develop and execute tactical DTC eCommerce plans, timing, and calendars along with supporting activities that drive the day-to-day-business.A' . Provide input to shaping the technology and site experience roadmap.A' . Provide ongoing and ad hoc analysis of business performance along with resulting recommendations to brand and eCommerce leadership teams. Includes periodic update and analysis of overall brand DTC strategic scorecards.A' . Ensure site performance & key metrics are understood and web demand by product & category is tracked to make the necessary adjustments to the e-merchandising plan. A' . Collaborate cross-functionally to drive e-commerce & customer cross channel results and share insights across the organization. Required Qualifications:A' . Bachelors DegreeA' . 6+ years of eCommerce experienceA' . 4+ years online merchandising or marketing/content experience required. Some experience in all disciplines of merchandising, content/design, marketing, and buying/planning preferred.A' . Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills to drive effective collaboration and influencing within a matrix organization.A' . Strong interpersonal, management, collaboration, and project management skills.A' . Good analytical skills with ability to interpret and translate data into actionable proposals.A' . Ability to multi-task and prioritize work of self and others.A' . Comfortable in changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines.A' . Knowledge of and comfortable with daily data use and implementing changes from insights; customer, web analytics, media and email analytics, usability, customer acquisition and retention marketing, digital channels such as paid search, search engine optimization, social and mobile and other critical online marketing tools and techniques.Preferred Qualifications:A' .
