The primary purpose of this role is to drive and support a variety of marketing efforts, with a focus on lead generation/nurturing and content development across a variety of media. Successful candidates will demonstrate experience in marketing campaigns, thought leadership, asset development and sales enablement. Responsibilities will include strategizing and planning lead generation/nurturing efforts, content creation (including thought leadership, web, and collateral), supervising strategic and creative execution, and measuring success.Essential Job Functions Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including planning, budgeting, assessment, supportive technologiesDemonstrated success in developing and executing business-to-business marketing programs centered on specific products/services for defined market segments to fill sales pipelineDemonstrated experience in developing messages, project plans/briefs, content appropriate for various marketing channels (eg, public relations, emails, collateral, digital, social media)Effective written and oral communications skills, with ability to adapt style based on audience and message (eg, various team members, senior management, prospects, and clients)Time management and organizational skills supporting effective planning and execution of both large and small marketing projects/initiativesAnalytical and problem-solving skills to develop and defend creative approaches aimed at driving demand for product and servicesCollaborative work-style with experience in motivating team members and managing conflictsExperience in managing junior team members, with a focus on professional development and successRequired Skills/Qualifications Demonstrated ability work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficient in using Microsoft software products, including Word, Excel, OutlookExperience in health care industry highly preferredWillingness to accept additional responsibility with a positive attitudeAbility to work independently and with a teamExcellent written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated team-oriented mindset with ability to encourage and motivate co-workersStrong independent problem-solving skills Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar professional discipline At least five years' experience in B2B marketing Competency in overseeing marketing technologies and digital platforms (eg, Active Campaign, HubSpot) Experience coordinating with and managing external agency and freelance partners Occasional travel
