By achieving this, we can make convenience sustainable and sustainability convenient for greener neighborhoods and happier neighbors.LOCAL MARKETING MANAGER A Local Marketing Manager is a jack of all trades, creative and data-driven, sales & marketing leader who will accelerate and amplify our local growth by designing, testing, and iterating a hyper-local marketing playbook"A cents € from business development and partnerships to hand-to-hand sales and grassroots campaigns"A cents € that scale across the neighborhoods we service and markets we'll quickly expand to.As a part of our Field Marketing team, you must be ready to thrive in high ambiguity and autonomy. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape, build and iterate local growth levers from scratch. You will help launch and grow our markets by designing and executing cohesive growth strategies and owning daily local marketing activities and KPIs.You will:Own local acquisition and oversee implementation of day-to-day marketing activitiesDevelop overarching local marketing strategy and execute priority go-to-market building blocksExecute offline and online hyper-local/grassroots marketing channels to drive acquisitionDevelop partnerships with local organizations and property management companiesRun point on in-market, offline member engagement, including activations, events, etc. including weekend event activationsTest local growth levers and analyze data to drive step function changes through rapid iterationWork across functions, including Ops and CX to help build an insanely awesome productLead a local marketing team of Specialists and Brand AmbassadorsYou are:Mission-Driven: You share our vision for a more sustainable future of commerce in citiesGrowth Obsessed: Business owner mindset and can-do attitude to accelerate growthEntrepreneurial: Roll with the punches and roll up your sleeves to test, learn and raise the barExperimental: Strong bias for action and comfortable with VERY rapid pace of an early-stage startupAnalytical: Strong aptitude for evidence-based reasoningA' Team Player: Natural collaborator contributing to the success of a fast-growing, mission-driven teamReady & Reliable: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and proactive problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications3-5 years experience in growth roles: sales & marketing, business development, partnerships, etc.Experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup environmentOutstanding communication skills; written and verbal, in person, physical activations, online videoExperience with marketing and analytics platforms is a bonus (eg Klaviyo, Google Analytics)Here at The Rounds, we're looking for fast learners with a lot of passion for our sustainability mission and the work ethic to achieve it.
