As Staff Analyst, you will act as an analyst, support basic administration duties, as well as documentation support for the Double Eagle program.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary POC for all administrative requests, to include, but not limited to accounts, contact cards, organization chart updates, ordering bereavement flowers, transferring Boeing communications across computer systems, etc.Facilitate/lead weekly admin meetings and coordinate monthly reports for the program chief engineerBook Boeing travel for new hires and current personnelSubmit expense reports on behalf of travelersAttend monthly Boeing travel policy meetings to ensure the program is compliant with the latest company travel and expense policiesPlanning events for Boeing personnel: going away luncheons, retirement celebrations, food for business meetings, etc.Provide strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large program social events by developing and maintaining schedules and annual budgetsLead communications and employee engagement efforts for operations teams by setting a budget and coordinating with the appropriate managersManage the coordination of the Double Eagle Enterprise Communicator publication which is distributed 3 times per yearFacilitate program board meetings, to include coordinating presenters, chart packages, tracking topics, and preparing meeting minutesReview, coordinate, track, and prepare program documents, to include Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents to be delivered to the customerAssist managers with employee recognition with Boeing's Pride PointsAssist managers with interviewsPrepare materials for managers attending recruitment / hiring events and conducting interviewsAssign and manage program action items related to program process improvements in coordination with the chief engineerMaintain supply of Boeing promotional items (lanyards, notebooks, coffee mugs, etc.) to be given as awards or to new employeesThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite near Springfield, VA.This position requires an active/current Top Secret/SCI US Security Clearance with CI Polygraph.
