Position: REMOTE Database Marketing ManagerLocation: Fully RemoteStarts: Ready to hireDuration: Full-TimeStatus: Full-TimeRate: Up to $100KOur corporate client has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Database Marketing Manager to own their marketing database, including data cleanliness and integrity, appends and segmentation; including developing metrics showing the performance of the database and working with analytics manager to report resultsResponsibilities of the Database Marketing Manager: Support configuring the data management and integration of existing tools (ie Eloqua) and potential new tools (Revenue Marketing Platform, ABM system) so that data is correctly managed across all Marketing areas without negative downstream impact Research and recommend new tools, processes, third party data vendors and programs with a focus on database growth Lead efforts in data segmentation, with the goal of accelerating the buying cycle by providing suggestions for optimizing based on testing Establish, maintain and document scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and management Implement and refine lead scoring strategy and rules, working with sales ops to ensure they have the information to implement proper lead routing Create and clean lists for the outbound MDR team, ensuring they hit their monthly KPIs Interface with Sales Operations, Corporate Marketing and Marketing Technology teams, troubleshoot system integration, and drive new system integration projects as needed Participate in multiple activities as a member of the marketing team to help deliver on company and team goalsRequired for the Database Marketing Manager: 5+ years database marketing or marketing operations experience in a digital marketing environment 4 year college degree Strong experience with CRM (ie SalesForce or related) and marketing automation (strong preference to Eloqua) Proficiency in database marketing including list segmentation, list manipulation, list quality and data hygiene, including experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis Deep understanding of best practices in database marketing Demonstrated experience across large databases that drive measurable results Strong data and analytical skills, including mastery of Excel -- using and interpreting data from multiple sources to quantify and improve marketing results.
