Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital.Responsibilities: Shift Report: Gives and receives report on assigned shift to oncoming HUC (as applicable) or Charge Nurse, Remains at nurse's station during change of shift to answer telephones and call lights Greets and offers assistance promptly to all persons entering the unit. Operates all communication systems and relays messages appropriately Maintains nurse's station whiteboard with staff assignments, a/d/t, and other unit-specific information. Follows up to assure accuracy of scheduling and communication to patient's nurse.
